TRUbee SMS Terms
Last Updated: April 25, 2026
1. About the TRUbee texting program
TRUbee gives California homeowners a free, AI-powered property report — value estimates, zoning insights, ADU feasibility, and renovation cost projections. If you give us your mobile number when you sign up at trubeeai.com, we will text you a short series of follow-ups about your free property report. The texting program is operated by HONEYCOMB USA, Inc. ("HONEYCOMB"), the same company that operates TRUbee.
The mobile-number field on the signup form is optional. If you do not give us a number, you will not receive any TRUbee texts — ever. Texts are only sent after you give us your number on the signup form, with the SMS disclosure visible above the submit button.
2. Who is sending the texts
Texts are sent by HONEYCOMB USA, Inc. under the TRUbee brand. Every message starts with the word "TRUbee" so you can identify the sender even if your carrier strips the alphanumeric sender ID. Texts are delivered through Twilio on a number registered to HONEYCOMB USA, Inc. as part of an A2P 10DLC campaign for the TRUbee free-property-report program.
3. Message frequency
You will receive up to 6 messages over the first 21 days after signup, then occasional updates after that — for example, if cost or permit data for your city is materially refreshed, or if you take a new action in TRUbee that opens a new transactional moment (running a scenario, opting into contractor matchmaking, etc.). Message frequency varies. We do not invent reasons to text you.
The first 6 messages cover: a notification when your free report is ready, a Day 1 reminder of where the most useful sections of the report live, a Day 3 prompt to try a "what if" scenario on your property, a Day 5 cost-planning tip, an optional Day 10 invitation to be introduced to vetted general contractors, and a Day 21 update if cost or permit data for your area has changed.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. TRUbee texts are free from us, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS based on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure. TRUbee is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
5. How to stop receiving texts
You can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any TRUbee text: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or OPTOUT. After you reply, you will get one final confirmation message:
TRUbee: You are unsubscribed and will get no more msgs from this number. Email hello@trubee.ai for help.
After that confirmation, your number is suppressed across all TRUbee SMS — both the report-ready notification and the marketing follow-ups. To re-enroll later you have to give us a new affirmative consent on the signup form; replying START or UNSTOP after a STOP is not enough on its own to restore marketing texts.
Opting out of TRUbee texts does not affect your TRUbee account, your saved property report, or any TRUbee email you have separately consented to.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP, INFO, or AIDE to any TRUbee text and you will receive this auto-reply:
TRUbee (HONEYCOMB USA): free property reports for CA homes. Up to 6 msgs over 21 days. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end.
For anything an auto-reply cannot answer, email hello@trubee.ai and a real person will respond within one business day. If you reply to a TRUbee text with anything other than a STOP or HELP keyword, the message is forwarded to that same inbox.
7. Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers — including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and Google Fi — are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is on a best-effort basis and depends on your device, carrier, and location.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number, your SMS opt-in record (when and how you consented), and any inbound replies you send are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing — including the contractors you may later choose to be introduced to through TRUbee. The only third parties that touch your number are the messaging vendors we use to actually deliver the texts (currently Twilio) and, where required, mobile carriers.
9. Changes to these SMS Terms
If we materially change the program — for example, the message frequency, the sender identity, or the categories of messages we send — we will update this page and bump the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes that expand the categories of texts you receive will require a fresh opt-in; we will not silently broaden the program after you have already consented.
10. Contact
Questions about the TRUbee texting program — including consent, opt-out, or carrier-audit requests — can be sent to hello@trubee.ai. The legal entity behind TRUbee is HONEYCOMB USA, Inc.
