Our Story
HONEYCOMB was founded in Los Angeles out of a simple frustration: the tools available to property owners during construction were either nonexistent or borrowed from enterprise systems never designed for them. Owners were left chasing updates through text messages, deciphering contractor invoices on their own, and hoping the project would land somewhere near the original budget.
We set out to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade project management and the real needs of developers and property owners. The result is a "Services + Platform" model - pairing hands-on construction management professionals with purpose-built technology that keeps every stakeholder aligned, informed, and accountable.
We do not perform construction. We manage it on your behalf. That distinction matters. It means our only incentive is your project's success - delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standard you set.

Over 15 years in construction management and real estate development across Southern California. Previously led project controls for a top-10 LA general contractor before founding HONEYCOMB to give property owners a true advocate in the construction process.
VP of Operations
Background in commercial construction oversight and schedule management with experience coordinating multi-trade projects from pre-construction through closeout. Specializes in budget controls, contractor vetting, and quality assurance across residential and mixed-use developments.
Director of Technology
Former proptech engineer who spent a decade building project management tools for the AEC industry. Leads development of the HONEYCOMB platform, integrating real-time reporting, document management, and financial tracking into a single system built for owners and their teams.
